2. Janani Surakhsha Yojna at Bharavan PHC
PhoolMati (husband Raj Kishore) from Alamkheda gave birth at PHC. Rs 1400 was given after 1 month, no food or medicines given. Moreover ANM took Rs. 250.
Poonam devi from Shivpuri gave birth at PHC on the floor using Torch. No medicine was given. ANM kalavati gave wrong injection and took 50 Rs. Due to negligence the child died.
